Dictionaries and translators
Yomitan search - Search inside your Yomitan dictionaries. Can be opened by pressing the extension icon and clicking on magnifying glass.
DeepL and Google Translate are 2 best machine translation tools, and both have pros and cons.
Immersion Kit - Search for a word in anime clips with translations. You can copy cards into Anki.
Filmot - Search for words in YouTube videos. Words of 2+ Kanji should be to put into quotation marks, and you should choose the Japanese language. A very big advantage - you can choose to parse only manually created subtitles.
Youglish - The same as Filmot, but autogenerated and handmade subs are mixed together.
JPDB.io - a very convenient primarily English Dictionary (has some other languages and even a monolingual dictionary but with less entries), a convenient search for Kanji and readings, you can use instead of Anki for flashcards, see guide here.
Jisho - A very good web bilingual dictionary.
Goo - Very big bilingual AND monolingual dictionary.
Kotobank - Japanese Encyclopedia-Dictionary.
Glosbe - Dictionary with translations of sentences made by the community.
weblio - A huge bilingual dictionary with examples.
Reverso - Examples of the word in sentences and translations of sentences.
AI chat bots are also able to translate and explain some things, but imperfect.

Grammar
IMABI - A modern alternative for Tae Kim's guide, it is probably a better option.
Tae kim's Guide - The most popular guide, was the best option for beginners, but very short. There are some inaccuracies and strange interpretations, but you will see people talk about it everywhere.
Tae Kim's Guide (Anki) - Most of the guide above, but in the form of flashcards. I myself started with it, it is very convenient. Also, some inaccuracies of the original guide are fixed there.
Mainichi Nonbiri - The website is completely on Japanese, a lot of information and grammar sorted by JLPT levels
Cure Dolly’s Organic Japanese - A very good guide showing Japanese grammar from a completely different perspective. Personally, a huge number of things there are explained in a way that just makes sense. The only downside is the quality of the audio.

BunPro - A very convenient tool for learning Grammar, has SRS for a subscription (SRS is not recommended)

JPDB.io - A bunch of different media rated by difficulty, but difficulty is measured only in terms of vocabulary. Also, the algorithm has a strong bias to shorter works, but there are a bunch of settings.

Subtitles
Jimaku - New website, the main source of subtitles for anime in Japanese. There is almost everything. It contains the Kitsunekko database, but it is much more convenient.
Kitsunekko (legacy) - one of the sources for Jimaku.
Japanese Movie Subtitles - Directory with subtitles for films sorted by directors.
Matchoo95 Subtitles - some different subs.
jpsubbers- Database of subtitles for dramas
jpsubbers - subtitles archive for drams (it seems to be smaller than the one above)
D Addicts - Forum for the dramas, there is a chance to find some there.

Рутрекер - Russian torrent tracker, has lots of content and many seeders.
Nyaa.si - most popular Torrent tracker.
Aniwatch.to - A site with a small number of films, anime and drama, but there are also Western ones with dubs. The website has a built-in Yomitan (word lookup), full access for a fee.
Crunchyroll - Anime online with no hassle.
Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus - there is a lot of anime there recently, specially Netflix. Also Western content with official dubs and subs for it (they are not the same though). With a Japanese VPN you can get access to a good amount of anime in Japanese.

Listening
Condensed Audio
This is an audio taken from anime or other video content, pauses between the lines of dialogue are cut out of it. For beginners, it is a great option, it is much easier than podcasts. It is recommended to listen to stuff you've already watched.
Podcasts and radio
Google Podcast - The Japanese version of the site, immediately shows recommendations in Japanese.
Japanese Podcast Spreadsheet - links to specific podcast
Podcast Republic - Change the country to Japan and look at popular.
On platforms like YouTube or Spotify you can search for 聴く anime and find plenty of stuff similar to CD Drama, which uses easier language than most podcasts.
